‘‘Ammung Festival’ portrays the richness and beauty of the culture and traditions of the different ethnic groups with their costumes, songs and dance performances. The festivity is usually celebrated in 4 days, highlighted by an agro-industrial trade fair and cultural food bazaar, street dancing, ethnic parlor games, sports tournament, funbike, funshoot, pageant, musical and dance contest, ecumenical service and Christian night, and Cultural Festival.

This occasion has always brought solidarity that helped us surmount our economic and social struggles through the years and come out victorious in our undertakings. It is a time when people from different tribes and tongues come together and celebrate and be celebrated as a Listanian— always grateful for the sacrifices and labor of our ancestors and past leaders whose works chiseled the developments we are enjoying today . The spirit of Ammung festival binds all Listanians in harmony amidst our cultural diversity. This is our precious trait and identity we want to pass on to the next generations.
